Reason #247 for why I hate winter, my PG&E bill is 4 times what it was in the summer, doh! Good thing I gave up shopping this month!

Yeah that apt. sucks when it comes to the heater. I remember my PG&E bills skyrocketed. It is such a great apt. though. =)
when I first moved into the building with Jay I don't think we even had a working heater. Many times we woke up seeing our breath and he lived in the living room, it was a lot colder for him.
I am glad I have my heated blanket. I think I am going to have to just completely turn it off unless I really need it and just hide under that for the rest of winter. You are right though, it is a great place so I cant complain too much!
