I went to a jobsite meeting tody and saw this posted on the wall of our superintendents office: I was going to complain but didn't want to fill out the form. Naturally anyone who "whines" is either gay or hormonal though and it took a "real man" to explain that to me.
you might actually be able to sue for creating a hostile work environment. of course, that, coupled with op flip shit shirt will probably make your parents never talk to you again.
I work in a male dominated uber masculine field, this is probably the most minor of what is said on a job site. There was a diaper stapled to the wall next to it which is why I saw it.
