You might be so caught up in your own way of doing things, and are so accustomed to working on your own that you forget that you have a whole team of people whose input could greatly enrich your work. If someone disagrees with your approach to a project, don't go on the defensive. Know that they have your best interests in mind, and that what they are offering is truly constructive criticism. You would be wise to listen.
