That is still a rug, I probably wont get to attempting to paint it for a little while. I have too many projects I want to do!

The vases are flat in the back and have a hole near the top that you can put a nail through. Or rather I put a nail in the wall and hung the vases on it. Unfortunately although they are the same vase, they are hand blown so they arent exactly the same and one of the holes was too small for the nail I used on the other. I had to use a small nail on that one which I didn't like because I am slightly OCD.
Yeah I can't wait to come over too. Now that I see your place it gives me some better ideas as to what type of house warming present I can get you. Besides wallpaper stripper =)

dang, i was set to be all impressed with the painted on rug. still looks good though. and the rest looks very nice.

or you could get her a stripper pole, made here in fresno.

Those walls were that color when I bought the house and I really love that darker color.
