Found this website that features this amazing home in Brentwood. It is made of recycled materials, has just about everything high tech you could think etc etc etc and it is beautiful.
Hmm, you might be a little short, but with my $400 we might come close...and yeah Brentwood is a more well to do area of LA. A lot of celebrities and people with more than $800 to their name live there. And that chair is indeed awesome and I believe it does come fully furnished.
