Lord I am about to lose it. Maynard, the little dog that belongs to one of our superintendents, is in the office today. Us office folk are babysitting him because the poor little guy had a run in with a pit bull and is recovering from the attack. He had to have 14 stiches, all around his neck, but luckily Mike was able to get him away without serious injury. Very lucky, that dog is so small that if the pit bull had the chance to shake his head even once he would have died.

Anyway he is just fine now, his wounds are healing and he did not get an infection and can do everything he could do before. Unfortunately it appears he is also suffering from some anxiety now about being away from his owner because the dog has literally been whining and crying at the door looking for Mike since he has been here. He got here at 9 AM. There has literally not been more than 2 minutes of quiet since then. 5 hours of listening to a poor dog whine is not fun for anyone. I think my dad is about to finish off what the pit bull started.

My head hurts.
