Does anyone know where there are stairs that I can access and run? Schools are sometimes locked and not open to the public but I would like to run stairs every once in awhile, I just don't know where to go. Suggestions?
fpu has bleachers out @ the baseball field or the track depending on where they currently have them set. you can generally drive into the lot, park near the baseball field, and walk right up. stair away. not huge bleachers, but they'll do.
I am not sure I know exactly where you are talking about Monti but it sounds like it might be where people dress nicely and work and my sweaty ass would probably not be welcome there. Plus where am I supposed to put my gun if there is a metal detector? ;)
the peters building at fresno state, the only problem being that you'd have to park off campus and walk (or run) a bit to get there. plus, because the stairway is outdoors, it offers a great view from the fifth floor on a clear day.
I was wondering about Radcliffe myself. I have never looked very closely but it looks like it might be closed to the public. The Peters Building is a good idea too, parking would be an issue but it would be a good warm up!

ReplyDeleteThanks Ed, and thats for the parking tip too.
ReplyDeleteThe City Court House has a ton of stairs like 12 flights. You have to pass though a metal dector but it's a public building.
