After the first marathon I ran, I was walking just like that, sitting on the toilet was torture and stairs were just a joke. The best though was when I tried to run a little a few days later, just to see if I could do it, and it was like my body had never run before. I looked like Frakenstien trying to run, everything was stiff and unnatural. Pretty funny.
And I cant say I have ever had bloody nipples myself (thank god), but to be completely honest, they are hard the entire time I am running and when it is cold it hurts like hell for the rest of the day. Like I cant even comfortablly wear a shirt or a bra. Everytime I see a guy with bloody nipples though, I cringe.

I don't know what the audio is, but it's funny without it. When the dude turned around with the bloody nipples at the end, I laughed out loud.

yup, chaffing is a terrible thing in sesnitive areas.
